System Assembly

To meet customer requirements for the efficient, timely delivery of complete product systems, ABC Group ships fully assembled product systems ready to install in the customer’s vehicle. ABC Group uses extensive proprietary secondary and finishing fixture technology to optimize cost efficiency and product quality.

Our assembly systems incorporate proprietary and custom-adapted robotics technologies. Secondary operations are often integral to the molding process in providing the finished product. Secondary operations include such services as post-mold trimming and finishing, welding, cutting, drilling, and the mounting of brackets, clips, fasteners and other hardware. Secondary operations can also include quality control measures such as pressure and leak-testing.
